嚴正聲明：關於本公司「唯一直營」及防範冒用「採購部與批發部」名義之鄭重聲明
最近，iMobile 百盈電訊（下稱「本公司」）發現市場上出現不法分子，未經授權惡意冒用本公司「採購部」或「批發銷售部」的名義進行不法欺詐活動（包括發出虛假採購單企圖騙取貨物，以及發出虛假報價單企圖騙取貨款）；甚至有人自稱是本公司之「授權分銷商」、「合作代理商」或「採購中介」。此等行為已嚴重損害公眾利益及本公司的商業聲譽。
為維護市場秩序，保障所有供應商、批發客戶及本公司的合法權益，本公司在此發表以下最嚴正之聲明：
• 唯一經營渠道（絕無分銷商）
本公司在市場上從未授權、亦絕無任何第三方公司、機構或個人作為本公司的分銷商、批發代理商、代理人或外判採購商。本公司所有的採購業務及批發銷售業務，均由本公司官方團隊直接全權負責，百分之百屬於官方直營。
• 非官方渠道一概無效
任何自稱是本公司「分銷商」、「代理」或冒充本公司部門所發出的報價單、合約、採購意向書、訂單或承諾，本公司一概不予承認。由此產生的所有經濟損失、貨品糾紛或法律責任，本公司概不承擔。
• 官方唯一通訊與收款
• 通訊電郵：本公司所有部門之正式商務電郵，均統一使用官方域名 @imobile.com.hk 發出。任何使用免費電郵（如 Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, QQ 等）或與官方不符之域名的郵件，均非本公司發出。
• 官方帳戶：本公司所有的批發業務收款，僅接受匯入以本公司法定名稱開立的官方銀行帳戶。我們絕不接受、亦從不要求轉帳至任何個人、第三方公司或海外不明帳戶。
• 法律制裁，追究到底
對於任何意圖混淆視聽、偽造本公司印章/文件、冒用員工身份或進行詐騙的違法犯罪行為，本公司採取「零容忍」態度。我們已經搜集相關證據，並會即時採取法律行動，直接向警方及相關執法機關報案，依法嚴厲追究到底，絕不息。
本公司強烈呼籲各供應商及批發客戶提高警覺。如收到任何可疑的採購要求、銷售接洽或付款通知，請即時拒絕，並務必透過以下官方渠道直接與我們核實：

Solemn Statement: On the Company’s "Direct-Only Operation" and Prevention of Fraudulent Use of "Procurement and Wholesale Departments" Identity
Recently, iMobile 百盈電訊 (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") has noticed that unauthorized third parties and fraudsters have maliciously misrepresented themselves as the Company's "Procurement Department" or "Wholesale Sales Department" to conduct fraudulent activities. These include issuing fake purchase orders to defraud goods and fake quotations to defraud payments. Furthermore, certain parties have falsely claimed to be the Company’s "authorized distributors," "cooperative agents," or "procurement intermediaries." Such actions have severely damaged public interest and the commercial reputation of the Company.
To maintain market order and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of all suppliers, wholesale clients, and the Company, we hereby issue the following most solemn statement:
• Sole Channel of Operation (Strictly No Distributors)
The Company has never authorized, and strictly does not have, any third-party companies, organizations, or individuals to act as our distributors, wholesale agents, representatives, or outsourced procurement entities. All procurement and wholesale sales operations are handled directly and exclusively by our official corporate team, operating 100% on a direct-only basis.
• Non-Official Channels Are Strictly Invalid
Any quotations, contracts, letters of intent, purchase orders, or commitments issued by any parties claiming to be our "distributors," "agents," or falsely representing our departments shall not be recognized by the Company under any circumstances. The Company shall assume no responsibility or legal liability for any financial losses, product disputes, or consequences arising therefrom.
• Sole Official Communication and Payment Channels
• Email Communication: All official business emails from all departments of the Company are strictly issued from our official domain @imobile.com.hk. Any emails sent from free email services (such as Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, QQ, etc.) or domains inconsistent with our official website are not from the Company.
• Official Bank Accounts: All payments for our wholesale business must exclusively be remitted to the official bank accounts opened under the Company’s legal corporate name,We never accept, nor will we ever request, transfers to any personal accounts, third-party company accounts, or unidentified overseas accounts.
• Full Legal Prosecution to the Fullext Extent
The Company maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards any illegal or criminal activities, including misleading the public, forging corporate stamps/documents, impersonating employee identities, or committing fraud. We have gathered relevant evidence and will take immediate legal action by reporting these matters directly to the police and relevant law enforcement agencies to pursue full legal liabilities without leniency.
We strongly urge all suppliers and wholesale clients to remain highly vigilant. If you receive any suspicious procurement requests, sales approaches, or payment notifications, please reject them immediately and verify directly with us through the following official channels:
